An important part of its entrepreneurial culture is ethical and law-abiding behavior.
In order for its clients and business partners to continue to regard it as a reliable partner in the future, it is essential that it always demonstrates honest, respectful, and impeccable behavior towards clients, customers, and competitors as well.

Every client and collaborative partner is obliged to inform themselves within their own scope of responsibility about the applicable regulations, and is obliged to comply with them and enforce compliance as well.
The present Code of Business Ethics – in line with the ethical code of individual entrepreneurs – is a comprehensive provision containing behavioral norms, operational standards, and rules of conduct, which, with the help of the entrepreneurial philosophy and internal regulations, defines Elfecske’s ethical behavior and the fundamental principles and expectations regarding correct content creation practices.
Scope of the Code of Business Ethics
This Code of Business Ethics applies to every collaborative partner of Elfecske; the provisions contained therein must be applied to every decision-making and every area of activity.
Elfecske expects all its collaborative partners, representatives, subcontractors, business partners, and other stakeholders in business relationship with it to ensure that their business conduct during their work or any activity affecting Elfecske fully complies with the provisions of this Code of Business Ethics.
Deviation from the provisions of the Code of Business Ethics is not permitted.

It is particularly important that document destruction beyond the prescribed retention period only occurs if the regulations allow it.
The destruction of documents related to ongoing lawsuits, investigations, or inspections is strictly prohibited.
Electronic Devices
When using IT equipment provided by Elfecske (e.g., computer, laptop, mobile phone, data carriers), every collaborative partner is obliged to comply with information security and data protection regulations.
The devices may only be used for tasks necessary for work performance.
Electronic correspondence, internet access (Starlink), and other online communication tools may only be used in accordance with Elfecske’s guidelines and internal regulations.
Collaborative partners are required to keep their access credentials secure and it is forbidden to make any unauthorized modifications to the devices (e.g., software installation, disabling antivirus).
Relationship with Business Partners
In all its business relationships – whether with clients, collaborative partners, customers, or competitors – Elfecske acts according to the principles of integrity, transparency, and mutual respect.
It also expects correct business behavior from its partners.
Contact with State Authorities
When official administration or contact occurs with state or municipal organizations, it always conducts transparent and correct communication in accordance with the law.
It considers important the maintenance of authentic, cooperative relationships with these institutions.
Only the designated contact person may officially communicate with representatives of state authorities.
If someone is not authorized for such communication, they are obliged to notify the responsible person immediately.
Commitment Against Corruption and Money Laundering
Elfecske declares zero tolerance for any corrupt or money laundering-related behavior.
It fully rejects bribery, black money, unlawful advantages, or any action that could influence decision-making in an unethical manner.
It is strictly forbidden for collaborative partners to promise, accept, or offer gifts, money, services, or other benefits to state or private individuals in the hope of business advantage.
Similarly, it is forbidden to maintain or initiate any relationship with public figures, officials, or competitors that is not honest from a business perspective and does not comply with entrepreneurial ethical norms.
It considers important to uphold the principle of honest business conduct even in cases that create even the slightest appearance of impropriety.
Elfecske and its partners may only accept small-value, symbolic gifts – such as small tokens of appreciation, hospitality, or promotional items – that in no way can influence their business decisions.
In case of suspected corruption or bribery, every reported case is thoroughly investigated.
Anyone who violates these principles must answer in criminal proceedings.
Conflict of Interest
It makes its business decisions solely with regard to the interests of the enterprise.
Therefore, collaborative partners must avoid any situation in which their personal interests, external roles, or friendly or family relationships conflict with Elfecske’s interests or create the appearance of such a conflict.
If such a situation arises, it must be reported to Elfecske immediately, which is entitled to decide on approval or rejection.
The necessary conflict of interest procedure will be initiated following this decision.

The exclusive purpose of the videos is knowledge dissemination, promoting and developing deeper self-knowledge.
They do not serve for diagnosis, treatment, or specific therapeutic recommendations.
