1. Media and Collaboration Requests

At this time, Elfecske does not accept or actively consider:

podcast invitations originating from Hungary;

invitations to participate in reality television programmes, talent competitions, or comparable entertainment formats;

invitations or proposals from media platforms whose professional, editorial, ethical, or production standards do not meet Elfecske’s requirements;

management, representation, intermediary, talent-agency, or similar partnership proposals originating from or operating within Hungary; or

other collaboration proposals that, in Elfecske’s reasonable assessment, are incompatible with its established professional and ethical standards.

Accordingly, EVERY collaboration requests originating from Hungary will be declined.

This policy applies irrespective of the nature of the proposed cooperation unless a prior arrangement or expressly agreed exception exists.

2. Strategic and Ethical Compatibility

Elfecske does not consider collaboration solely on the basis of commercial value, audience size, publicity potential, or financial benefit.

Any proposed cooperation must be compatible with Elfecske’s ethical positioning, professional standards, long-term communication strategy, values, and the strategic direction of both the represented brand and personal brand.

Elfecske reserves the right to decline any proposal where the proposed association could, in its reasonable assessment, adversely affect its reputation, credibility, professional positioning, independence, or long-term objectives.

3. Hungarian Media and Representation

Elfecske does not currently seek cooperation with, or representation through, Hungarian independent or state-controlled media entities, platforms, productions, intermediaries, or organizations operating under their authority, ownership, influence, or control.

Accordingly, proposals that originate from, are materially connected to, or would require participation through such entities fall outside the scope of Elfecske’s current collaboration framework and will not ordinarily be considered.

This position is intended to establish clear professional and communication boundaries and shall not be interpreted as an obligation to provide an individual assessment or explanation in response to each inquiry.

4. Requests Outside the Defined Criteria

To ensure efficient administration and to avoid unnecessary correspondence, Elfecske will generally not provide individual responses to inquiries that clearly fall within the categories described above.

Business, advertising, promotional, media-industry, management, representation, or personal inquiries that do not satisfy the applicable criteria may therefore be closed without further processing, discussion, negotiation, or correspondence.

Where no contractual, legal, or other legitimate retention requirement applies, information and inquiry records associated exclusively with such declined approaches may be removed from Elfecske’s records in accordance with applicable data-protection and record-management requirements.

5. Future Inquiries

Elfecske respectfully requests that prospective partners, organizations, productions, agencies, media representatives, and individuals take these guidelines into consideration before submitting an inquiry.

Future proposals should be submitted only where the proposed cooperation:

1. is genuinely relevant to Elfecske’s current activities;

2. is consistent with its professional and ethical standards;

3. supports its established content and communication strategy;

4. is compatible with its brand and personal-brand positioning;

5. respects its independence and professional boundaries;

6. has a credible and appropriate professional basis; and

7. does not fall within the excluded categories or involve entities operating under the authority, ownership, influence, or control of Hungarian independent or state-controlled media.

Submission of an inquiry does not create any obligation on the part of Elfecske to respond, negotiate, participate, or enter into a business relationship.

Elfecske reserves full discretion to determine whether a proposed collaboration satisfies its applicable criteria.
