Equipment, IT devices, documents, storage media, communication devices, and other physical assets belonging to or entrusted to Elfecske shall be used professionally and solely for authorized purposes.

Unauthorized use, alteration, removal, destruction, or transfer of Elfecske property is prohibited.

Document Management and Data Protection

Elfecske shall maintain permits, notifications, records, contracts, and other documentation required for its lawful operation in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Documents and records shall be created, handled, stored, transmitted, protected, archived, and disposed of in a secure and professionally appropriate manner.

All persons with access to personal or confidential information shall comply with applicable data-protection and confidentiality requirements, including applicable data-protection legislation.

Document destruction shall only take place in accordance with applicable retention requirements and internal procedures.

The destruction, alteration, concealment, or unauthorized disposal of documents or records relating to ongoing or reasonably anticipated litigation, investigations, audits, inspections, or official proceedings is strictly prohibited.

Information Technology and Electronic Communications

IT equipment and electronic communication systems provided or authorized by Elfecske shall be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable information-security and data-protection requirements.

Collaborators are responsible for protecting passwords, authentication credentials, access tokens, and other security information.

Unauthorized software installation, disabling or circumventing security controls, modification of system configurations, or other unauthorized technical intervention is prohibited.

Business Relationships

All relationships with clients, customers, collaborators, subcontractors, suppliers, business partners, and competitors shall be conducted with integrity, transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect.

Elfecske expects its partners to conduct themselves in a manner that does not unlawfully or improperly damage Elfecske’s reputation or legitimate business interests.

Commercial decisions shall be based on legitimate business considerations and shall not be influenced by improper personal benefits or undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Relations with Public Authorities
